Extra-Curricular Volunteer
Help is needed to co-ordinate the extra-curricular programs for the Spring Term. This role involves; liaising with vendors and Admin to understand gym and classroom availability, agreeing and creating proposed schedule with the two vendors at the end of the Winter term, distributing program class lists within the school and doing walk through on first day of each program with teacher. Welcome Back BBQ Coordinator(s)
Immediate start and the BBQ happens in September. The volunteer(s) will talk with previous Coordinator, Marie Fullerton, to discuss how this BBQ is put together.
September Package Coordinator(s)
After years of yeo(wo)man’s service, Karen Zeppa will be overseeing her last September Package in 2012. The Parent Handbook, various forms, and information is prepared in May and June for the following school year. An essential task, best learned by shadowing Karen this year!
