WHAT IS THE FUNDSCRIP FUNDRAISING PROGRAM?
Fundscrip is an innovative program that lets you earn cash rebates for Northlea Home and School based on things you buy everyday like groceries, gas and other household items. Every month you spend hundreds of dollars for things like food, gas, clothing, pharmacy, restaurants, electronics, home renovations, department stores, and so on.
All you have to do is pay for some or all of your purchases using GIFT CARDS bought at face value from FundScrip participating retailers and a percentage of every gift card purchased is contributed to Northlea Home and School’s fundraising efforts.
Most fundraisers ask you to take out your chequebook to buy things you don’t want or need….
Fundscrip costs you nothing!
You make your usual visit to the grocery store. You fill your cart and go to the check out. Instead of paying with cash or a debit card, you use a gift card that you purchased through our group. It costs you nothing extra but you just earned money for your group.
Ask family & friends to support Northlea Home & School?
We encourage everyone to invite their family members, friends, co-workers and neighbours to participate in FundScrip as well. After all, they probably buy groceries and gas, just like you do. You could give them an order form and they can order at the same time. The gift cards come preloaded and are available in various denominations. As you use the cards, the value of the purchase is automatically deducted from the value stored on the card. If you don’t use the entire amount, the balance remains on the card and can be used for future purchases.
How to Order Your Gift Card & Support Northlea Home and School?

How to order your gift cards:
Deliver your first FundScrip Order Form to the school office by the due date. During the holiday season we will be placing orders every two weeks to cover your gift giving needs. The campaign will then continue throughout the school year.
Payment options
1) Paper order forms
Print and fill out the FundScrip Order Form with cheques payable to: Northlea Home and School (NSF cheques will be subject to a $12.50 fee to cover the bank charge).
2) On-line ordering
Online Payment options are:
- NEW! Online Bill Payment (add “FundScrip” as a payee – no fees for Northlea!)
- Electronic Funds Transfer (no fees!)
- Interac Online (the school’s rebate is reduced by a $.85 fee; this is still a good payment option for our school!)
- Visa/Mastercard (note, the school’s rebate is reduced by 1.99%)
Orders will be ready to be picked up at 8:45 a.m. in the school office on the Order Pickup Date. Cards not picked up will be delivered to home mailboxes. If you would prefer to have your order mailed to your home, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope, or include a $1 extra for handling.

GIFT CARD DELIVERY
Cards will be available for pick up in the School Office immediately after morning drop off on Tues. Nov.6/Nov. 20/Dec. 4/Dec. 18. Any orders not picked up will be delivered to home mailboxes later on the same day.
