Hey, awesome athletes! Are you ready to dash, dodge, and dive for victory? Join Ms Kostopoulos and Ms Trister for an hour of Ultimate Frisbee that’ll have you grinning from ear to ear! It’s the perfect way to unwind after a day of school and soak up some sunshine with your pals.

We will spend some time learning some basic weaving techniques and will be working through the creative process together, over two lunch hours. Students will leave with a beautiful woven wall hanging after the second day!

Come and enjoy a relaxing, empowering Hatha class outdoors on our school field at Northlea. All levels welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
