On Monday, October 30th the Intermediate will be attending a performance at Bessborough Drive School. The performance they will be seeing is called The Outside delivered through Roseneath Theatre, The performance is about Daniel, a teen who triumphs over homophobic bullying, depression and suicide. The show will address how the bullying began, actions escalated at a previous school and how his friends were his allies.
For this performance, pre and post discussions will be required for students to understand the concepts that will be addressed. Jennifer will be covering these discussion through the drama classes.
A letter will be sent to parents at the beginning of next week to provide an of the upcoming performance along with an excursion form.
