Please fill out the form to indicate your order for this year’s Grad hoodie. Form to order hoodies is open until MONDAY, JANUARY 5 AT 5PM.
If you want to order more than one hoodie, please fill out a separate form.
Hoodies will be available in 3 colours: light grey, dark green and black. All hoodies will have the Northlea Knights logo on the front left chest. All Grad names will be inserted into the 26 on the back of the sweatshirt. Please see mock-ups below.
